Since 2006, Kathleen has been a dedicated educator with a deep commitment to early childhood education. Her experience within the NYC public school system includes developing and implementing effective curricula, utilizing data to drive instruction, and engaging the community and families to support student success. With a focus on creating equitable and enriching learning environments, she has a proven ability to lead initiatives that enhance program quality and improve student achievement in early childhood settings. She is an advocate for meeting the needs of all of students by applying research based, developmentally appropriate practices, getting to know each child and their unique gifts and adopting a whole-child centered approach to teaching and earning.
